These are the Terms and Conditions that regulate the purchase of the products offered on our website.
1. AIM
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of the products offered on the website www.nutribiolite.com , owned by Nutribiolite S.L. (hereinafter, Nutribiolite). The acquisition of any of the products entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the particular conditions that may be applicable to the acquisition of certain products. These general conditions of sale may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read carefully its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered. These general terms and conditions will be completed with the general conditions of use of this website contained in the Legal Notice and the provisions of the Privacy Policy , which is part of our Cookies Policy .

All notifications and communications between customers and Nutribiolite will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made by any of the means listed above.
4. PRICES AND PRODUCTS
All product prices are presented together with the respective description, being accessible to the general public, without the need to be registered as a user/customer. The prices include the VAT of the country of destination selected by the Customer, in accordance with Royal Decree 424/2021 of 15 June, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount of the order before formalizing the purchase. If the customer has not yet entered information about the country of destination, the VAT to be applied to the products and shipping costs will be estimated according to the automatic geolocation of the customer’s IP address.
Nutribiolite reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to customers. Thus, Nutribiolite may, at any time, add new products to those currently offered. Nutribiolite also reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
The acquisition of the products can only be done through the registration of the client, granting by Nutribiolite to the interested party a user name and password, which will identify and enable him/her personally to access the products and make the purchase. To access the contracting of the different products, the customer must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
5. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Nutribiolite aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through the website www.nutribiolite.com. However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is out of stock, the customer will be informed by email or telephone as soon as possible. If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, Nutribiolite may supply a product of similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of replacement products by the customer, the refund previously paid, will be made in the same way it was paid provided that we are in the return period. If the credit to the card could not be done, a bank transfer will be made to the account number indicated by the customer.
6. TRADEMARKS
Certain trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos used or displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks, trade names and service marks of Nutribiolite. Nothing contained on www.nutribiolite.com grants any license or right to use any trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos without the prior written permission of Nutribiolite.

From time to time, www.nutribiolite.com may contain links to websites that are not owned, operated or controlled by Nutribiolite or their respective affiliates. Such links are provided solely for your convenience. If you use them, you will leave this website. Neither we nor any of our respective affiliates shall be responsible or liable for any content, materials or other information contained on or accessible from such third party websites. Neither we nor any of our respective affiliates endorse or make any representations or warranties about such third party websites, any content, materials or other information contained on or accessible from such third party websites, or the results that you may obtain from using such third party websites. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to or from this website, you do so entirely at your own risk.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
To process the Order, Nutribiolite will collect the Customer’s personal data. The Customer is hereby informed that Nutribiolite, S.L. is responsible for the processing of his personal data, and that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD/GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, whereby we inform you that the personal data empowered will be processed for the main purpose of maintaining and managing the contractual relationship with the Client. Under no circumstances will Nutribiolite provide the data of its Customers and Users or any personal information to third parties. We also inform you that the Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, as well as other rights detailed in our Privacy Policy .
9. NEWSLETTER
On the website www.nutribiolite.com, the User can choose whether to receive our newsletter (electronic bulletin). The subscription link is available on our website. In case of subscription to our newsletter, the name and email address will be processed for the purpose of sending, by email, the aforementioned newsletter with articles on health and supplementation, special offers, discount coupons and promotion of new products. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data will be the consent given by the User at the time of subscription, the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy . The User may, at any time, revoke his/her subscription through the link adapted for this purpose in each newsletter email (in the “unsubscribe” link), or by sending an email to cliente@nutribiolite.com stating his/her intention.
The data provided by subscribing to our newsletter will be stored on the servers of MailerLite Limited in Dublin (Ireland), a company specialized in the management and security of data for sending newsletters. MailerLite Limited is registered at Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593. As the owner of this data, Nutribiolite is the only one who has access to it. Under no circumstances will Nutribiolite provide this data or any personal information to any third party.
10. HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION
Statements about food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Food supplements are not drugs or medicines , as their purpose is to improve well-being or to supplement the diet and not to serve as a treatment or cure for a disease. For this reason they are intended for people in good health and no medical prescription is required to consume them.
The information contained in this website is provided for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to replace the advice given by your doctor or other health professionals. You should not use the information available on or through the website to diagnose or treat a health problem or disease, or to prescribe any medication. You should carefully read all information on the product packaging before use.
11. PURCHASING PROCESS
To make any purchase on www.nutribiolite.com, it is necessary that the customer is of legal age . In addition, it will be necessary for the customer to register at www.nutribiolite.com through a data collection form in which Nutribiolite is provided with the necessary information for the contract; data that in any case will be truthful, accurate and complete about his identity and that the customer must expressly consent by accepting the Privacy Policy of Nutribiolite.
The steps to follow to make the purchase are:
The customer will be informed prior to the completion of each purchase of the exact amount of each of their orders.
The purchase can only be made online.
It is recommended that the customer print and/or keep a copy of the terms and conditions of sale when placing the order, as well as the receipt sent by Nutribiolite.
Nutribiolite S.L., undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage the goodwill of or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brands’ programs:
The sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or Cards.
In addition, also on www.nutribiolite.com the sale of drugs is explicitly prohibited .
12. BILLING
The customer will receive the invoice of his purchase in paper format with his order, or in electronic format to the email address of his customer account. If for any reason the invoice was not sent, please contact us through the Customer Service email: cliente@nutribiolite.com .
13. SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
13.1 Shipments
Nutribiolite will not process any order whose delivery destination is a post office box.
When placing the order, the customer will be asked for a shipping address. This address will be considered as the shipping address for the shipment of the order.
Orders are considered ready for processing after full payment of the order. They are processed every working day until 11:00 h (CET) and shipped on the next working day. It is from this moment that the delivery time begins to count. The processing of all orders placed after 11:00 h (CET) will be done in the following working day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed until 11:00 (CET) on the next business day.
Working days are understood to be all days from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, expressly excluding holidays, both local (Valladolid), regional (Community of Castilla y León), and national holidays (Spain and country of destination).
The customer will receive an automatic email confirming the shipment of his order on the day of shipment. In the event of an unexpected or obvious impossibility to meet the deadlines indicated, the customer will be informed as soon as possible via email.
Shipments will be made to the address provided by the customer, which will be communicated to the transport agency designated by Nutribiolite to carry out the delivery of the order. The agency will make up to a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the agency will safeguard the order for a maximum period of 6 days, after which it will be returned to Nutribiolite’s facilities. Subsequent shipments will be the sole responsibility of the customer and must be fully assumed by the customer.

NOTE:
The shipping cost already includes the VAT of the country of destination, in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 424/2021, of June 15 .
We do not ship to the Canary Islands (Spain) , archipelago of the Azores and Madeira (Portugal) and to other European countries not listed in the table above . If the customer wishes to have his order shipped to countries other than those listed above, please contact us through our email: cliente@nutribiolite.com before placing your order. For countries outside the European Union (Switzerland), additional customs charges, tolls or tariffs may apply upon arrival of the package, which will be charged to the customer.
13.3 Returns and cancellations
Our return policy is part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions . Nutribiolite reserves the right to change this policy when necessary.
Important: According to the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users of Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007 , the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, ie, return the products of the purchase, for a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt, without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except shipping costs, in accordance with the provisions of art. 103 of the aforementioned Royal Decree. Furthermore, according to this article, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal/return in the case of supply of sealed goods (such as food supplements) which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
Easy return: The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the ordered products to inform Nutribiolite of his wish to withdraw from the contract, i.e. to return the products. To do so, you will only have to contact us through our e-mail (cliente@nutribiolite.com ) indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

The withdrawal implies that Nutribiolite will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product returned by the customer, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition, unopened or unused and with its original packaging . Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.
It is important that you check the condition of your order or items when you receive them and always before use. If errors occur or problems arise, you will need to contact our customer service (cliente@nutribiolite.com ) so that we can discern the cause. As part of our customer satisfaction policy, we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly and easily as possible. We will review each case on an individual basis when considering the return of the product. In some cases, we may need more information such as photos so that we can decide the best course of action. Our goal is to provide the best solution as quickly as possible.
14. PRICES, TAXES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
The prices of the products listed on www.nutribiolite.com will be expressed in EUROS (€) unless otherwise stated and are guaranteed for the time of validity of the same, except for editing errors. Prices are inclusive of VAT in the customer’s country (billing address), in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 424/2021 of June 15 .
The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before it formalizes its acceptance.
14.1. Secure shopping with SSL connection
At Nutribiolite we guarantee maximum security and privacy to our clients, both in the browsing process, with 100% secure pages, and when making the purchase of their favorite product. Our page has the HTTPS protocol (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) which uses a special SSL transmission protocol signed by a valid certifying entity. To verify that you are in a protected environment, make sure an “S” appears in the navigation bar (“https ”://) and the icon: ).
In addition, our page has SECURE PAYMENT. This system and its security and encryption protocols guarantee the encrypted sending of data, avoid identity theft and guarantee secure payment, both for the user and for the online store. This system has “VERIFIED BY VISA” and “MASTERCARD SECURECODE” payment, internationally recognized as payment systems with maximum security on the internet. In addition, at www.nutribiolite.com we also make payments available through the PAYPAL payment platform.
14.2. Methods of payment
Debit/Credit Card
Payments by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro) are managed through an electronic payment platform POS (Point of Sale Terminal) managed by REDSYS . Nutribiolite at no time has access to credit or debit card numbers. This personal data is sent directly to the bank, without Nutribiolite being able to access it.
The flow of a payment by credit or debit card through the virtual POS is done through the following sequence of steps:
The customer selects the products he wants to buy on our page and adds it to the shopping cart.
After clicking on the “FINISH PURCHASE” button, the client’s browser session is redirected to the URL of the virtual POS. In this URL the customer enters the card details to proceed with the payment.
The virtual POS informs Nutribiolite of the result of the operation and returns the client’s browser session to the Nutribiolite page so that they can continue browsing the online store.
In this process, the card details are reported at the virtual POS, so Nutribiolite has no contact with these details. The cards accepted are the same as those accepted in shops with a physical POS, specifically Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.
PayPal
Our page allows PayPal payments, a platform specialized in the management of electronic payments. With PayPal, it is enough to create an account on the platform, have a card linked to that account (which will work as a kind of deposit) and an email associated with the card. If you choose this method of payment, at checkout, choose the “PayPal” option and click on the “PROCEED TO PAYPAL” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal page where you must authenticate and validate the payment. After that, you will return to the payment page of the Nutribiolite online store to complete the purchase.
Multibanco (Portugal only)
Payment by Multibanco is exclusive for Portugal . If you choose this payment method, at the end of the order, choose the “Multibanco (Portugal)” option and click on the “PLACE ORDER” button. If you are a Multibanco customer, you will be redirected to a page with the necessary data to make a payment: the entity, the reference and the amount to pay. These data are provided to the Multibanco user, who can make the payment at any Multibanco ATM in Portugal or through the homebanking service. The customer has 48 hours to make the payment. After this period, the order will be cancelled. Items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Bizum (Spain only)
Payment by Bizum is an exclusive service for Spain . With Bizum you can make your purchases online in an easier and comfortable way. You will only have to indicate your mobile phone, validate the operation and the money will be transferred safely from your bank account.
If you choose this payment method, at the end of the order, choose the option “Pagar con Bizum (España)” (information in Spanish) and click on the “PLACE ORDER” button. You will be redirected to a Bizum page (informatio in Spanish) with the data needed to perform the payment: mobile phone number and Bizum password. For more information, consult the Bizum website.
15. WARRANTY
If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may choose to return the product, in accordance with chapter 14 of these Terms and Conditions. 16. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
To file any complaint or claim with Nutribiolite the customer should contact the Customer Service Department via email: cliente@nutribiolite.com, or through the chat service. We are committed to providing a prompt response to all complaints.
