The combination of iron and Vitamin C is strategic. Vitamin C is not only a potent antioxidant, but it is also scientifically proven to increase iron absorption in the body. Our formula includes 80 mg of Vitamin C to ensure you get the maximum benefit from the 20 mg of iron in each capsule.
We use the bioactive forms of B vitamins: P5’P (Vitamin B6), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), and L-5-MTHF (Folate).
