We want you to feel confident about what you take. That is why we design every formula with clear criteria and in line with the available scientific evidence on micronutrition and herbal medicine. We choose trusted ingredients and suppliers, with control and traceability systems that allow us to know the origin and journey of each raw material. Whenever we can, we avoid artificial additives with no nutritional value. During manufacturing, we carry out checks and also commission regular analyses from independent laboratories to verify quality and compliance with EU food safety requirements. This way, trust is built on real checks, not just words.

The packaging of this product is made of food-grade PET (code 1), a material free from BPA and phthalates. Why combine evening primrose and borage oils?

Combining evening primrose and borage oils provides a more complete and balanced GLA profile, making the most of the unique characteristics of each source. This synergy optimises the benefits for hormonal balance, reproductive health and skin wellbeing.

Why is cold pressing important?

Cold pressing preserves the oils’ natural integrity, ensuring maximum potency and the bioavailability of beneficial compounds such as GLA.

What is natural vitamin E and how does it differ from synthetic vitamin E?

Natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) is the biologically active form that the body readily recognises, unlike synthetic vitamin E, which is a racemic mixture of eight isomers. In this synthetic mix, the body effectively utilises only the D-series isomers, while the L form (present in the synthetic version) is less efficient and is excreted more quickly. By using exclusively D-alpha-tocopherol, Nutribiolite ensures bioavailability that is twice as high as synthetic vitamin E, helping to ensure that every milligram is utilised by your cells for real antioxidant protection.

What is P5P and why is it considered the active form of vitamin B6?

P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) is the co-enzymatic, biologically active form of vitamin B6. Unlike conventional pyridoxine (the common synthetic form), P5P does not require prior metabolic conversion by the liver; it is already in the exact form the body needs for immediate use. This is especially beneficial for people with limited enzyme function or digestive difficulties, as P5P supports direct absorption and superior bioavailability. At Nutribiolite, we choose this active form to help ensure the nutrient reaches your cells as quickly and efficiently as possible, thereby optimising support for the nervous system and energy metabolism.
