Ingredients: Red clover dry extract (aerial part) (Trifolium pratense L.) standardised to 8% isoflavones, capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), maize starch; SOYA seed dry extract (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) standardised to 40% isoflavones, black cohosh rhizome dry extract (Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt.) standardised to 2.5% triterpene glycosides, chaste-tree fruit (chasteberry) dry extract (Vitex agnus-castus L.) standardised to 0.5 % vitexin, vitamin E (natural, D-a-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, P5’P), vitamin D (cholecalciferol, D3).

Take one capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably during a meal.
