4. Prices, products, taxes, and payment methods
All product prices available on www.nutribiolite.com are expressed in EUROS (€ EUR) and will be guaranteed during their period of validity, except for typographical errors. Prices include VAT corresponding to the destination country (billing address) provided by the customer, in accordance with Royal Decree 424/2021 of June 15. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total order amount before completing the purchase. For visitors who are not logged in, Nutribiolite will automatically detect the applicable VAT using geolocation cookies. Once logged in, the billing address registered in the customer’s account will be used to ensure the accuracy of the VAT shown.
Nutribiolite reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products are offered to customers, adding new products or, at any time and without prior notice, removing or discontinuing the offering of others.

5. Availability and substitutions
Nutribiolite aims to ensure the availability of all products offered on www.nutribiolite.com . In the event that a product is not available or is out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a refund of the amount paid or a replacement with a product of similar price, if available. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or, alternatively, via bank transfer.

To process the order, Nutribiolite will collect the customer’s personal data. Customers are hereby informed that the data controller is Nutribiolite, S.L., and that such data will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, as well as with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament (GDPR). The data provided will be processed mainly to maintain and manage the contractual relationship with the customer.
Nutribiolite will not share the personal data of its customers and users with third parties under any circumstances. Furthermore, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, as well as to exercise additional rights (data portability, restriction of processing, and objection), the details of which can be found in our Privacy Policy .

The steps to complete a purchase are as follows:

Nutribiolite S.L. is committed to not allowing any transaction that is illegal or deemed by credit card brands or the acquiring bank as potentially damaging to their reputation. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs:

12. Billing

14. Warranty
If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may opt for the return of the product, in accordance with Chapter 13, “Shipping, returns, and right of withdrawal” of these General Terms and Conditions. 16. Applicable law
These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable Spanish legislation. In case of dispute, both parties submit, in accordance with Article 29 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, to the courts of the User’s domicile, provided that the User is considered a consumer or user in accordance with the applicable regulations.
To file claims related to the use of our services, the User or Customer may contact the electronic or physical address indicated in section “2. Identification,” and we commit to seeking an amicable solution to the dispute whenever possible.
