Nutribiolite will not process any order whose delivery destination is a post office box.
When placing the order, the customer will be asked for a shipping address. This address will be considered as the shipping address for the shipment of the order.
Orders are considered ready for processing after full payment of the order. They are processed every working day until 14:00 (Central European Time, CET) and shipped on the next working day. It is from this moment that the delivery time begins to count. The processing of all orders placed after 14:00 p.m. (CET) will be done in the following working day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed until 14:00 (CET) on the next business day.
Working days are understood to be all days from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, expressly excluding holidays, both local (Valladolid), regional (Community of Castilla y León), and national holidays (Spain and country of destination).
The customer will receive an automatic email confirming the shipment of his order on the day of shipment. In the event of an unexpected or obvious impossibility to meet the deadlines indicated, the customer will be informed as soon as possible via email.
Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the customer, which will be communicated to the transport agency designated by Nutribiolite to carry out the delivery of the order. The agency will make up to a maximum of TWO attempts. If they are unsuccessful, the agency will keep the order for a maximum period of 6 days after which it will be returned to Nutribiolite’s facilities. Subsequent shipments will be assumed again and entirely by the customer.
