4. PRODUCTS

The products offered, together with their principal characteristics and price, are displayed on the screen. Nutribiolite reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services that are offered to customers. Nutribiolite may therefore, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Similarly, Nutribiolite also reserves the right to withdraw or cease offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate in nature, and are provided for illustrative purposes only. All of the foregoing is without prejudice to the fact that the purchase of any of the products may only be made through the customer’s subscription or registration, with Nutribiolite granting the person concerned a username and password, which will identify and personally enable them to access the products.

Once inside www.nutribiolite.com, and to access procurement of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will entail the reading and acceptance of all the general and specific conditions set out at www.nutribiolite.com.

5. AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENTS PRODUCTS

Nutribiolite aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through www.nutribiolite.com. However, if any product requested is not available, or if it has sold out, the customer will be informed by email or telephone as soon as possible. If the product is not available, and if the consumer has been duly informed, Nutribiolite may supply a product with similar characteristics without any increase in price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract. If all or part of the order is unavailable, and the customer rejects the replacement products, the sum already paid will be refunded in the same way that it was paid, provided this falls within the returns period. If the refund cannot be made to the card because the POS no longer permits it, a bank transfer will be made to the account number indicated by the customer.

11. PURCHASING AND/OR TRANSACTION PROCESS

To make any purchase on www.nutribiolite.com, the customer must be of legal age. The customer is also required to be registered at www.nutribiolite.com by completing a data collection form that provides Nutribiolite with the information required for the transaction. Such data must, in all circumstances, be a true, accurate and complete statement of your identity and the customer must expressly consent through the acceptance of Nutribiolite’s privacy policy.

The steps to follow to make the purchase are:

  • The customer will be informed prior to the completion of each purchase of the exact amount of each of their orders.
  • The purchase can only be made online.

It is also recommended that the customer print and/or keep a physical copy of the terms and conditions of sale when placing their order, as well as proof of receipt sent by Nutribiolite.

Nutribiolite undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that can or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them . The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs:

  • The sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all the laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.

13. DELIVERY

13.1. Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are carried out in 24 or 48 hours (business days), depending on the time the order is placed. No shipments are made for the Canary Islands and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 20:30 (Madrid time) and are shipped the next business day in the morning. It is from this moment when the delivery period begins to count. Orders placed after 20:30 (Madrid time) are processed the next business day. You will receive an automatic email confirming the shipment of your order on the day of dispatch. Shipments to mainland Spain of a value equal to or greater than 30€ are free.

13.2. Mainland Portugal

Shipments to mainland Portugal are carried out in 2-3 business days, depending on the time the order is placed. No shipments are made for the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 20:30 (Madrid time) and are shipped the next business day in the morning. It is from this moment when the delivery period begins to count. Orders placed after 20:30 (Madrid time) are processed the next business day.  You will receive an automatic email confirming the shipment of your order on the day of dispatch. Shipments to mainland Portugal are free for orders of 35€ or more.

13.3. Italy, France and Germany

Shipments made to Italy, France and Germany take 4-6 business days. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 20:30 (Madrid time) and are shipped the next business day in the morning. It is from this moment when the delivery period begins to count. Orders placed after 20:30 (Madrid time) are processed the next business day.  You will receive an automatic email confirming the shipment of your order on the day of dispatch. Shipments to Italy are free with the express rate (shipments in 4 days) for purchases over 45€. In all cases, the information on delivery time and applied rate will appear next to the shipping method used and before finalizing your purchase.

13.4. Rest of europe

In addition to Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany, shipments are made to the following selected European countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Poland. For countries outside the European Union (Switzerland), additional customs, tolls or fees may apply upon arrival of the package, which will be borne by the customer. Shipments to selected countries take between 4-12 days, depending on the time and country for which the order is placed. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 20:30 (Madrid time) and are shipped the next business day in the morning. It is from this moment when the delivery period begins to count. Orders placed after 20:30 (Madrid time) are processed the next business day.  You will receive an automatic email confirming the shipment of your order on the day of dispatch. Shipping is free for purchases over € 50 €, for the EU selected countries mentioned above.

14. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES AND FORMS OF PAYMENT

The prices of the products that are offered in www.nutribiolite.com will be expressed in EUROS (€), unless otherwise stated, and will be guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors and regardless of the destination of the order. The final prices of all products, together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalog of www.nutribiolite.com. Products have VAT included (10%) and shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.

Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to apply will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes their acceptance.

14.1. Secure connection

At Nutribiolite we guarantee maximum security and privacy to our clients, both in the browsing process, with 100% secure pages, and when making the purchase of their favorite product. Our page has the HTTPS protocol (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) which uses a special SSL transmission protocol signed by a valid certifying entity. 14.2. Debit or credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro

Payments by credit or debit card are managed through an electronic payment platform POS (Point of Sale Terminal) managed by Redsys. Nutribiolite at no time has access to credit or debit card numbers. This personal data is sent directly to the bank, without Nutribiolite being able to access it.

The flow of a payment by credit or debit card through the virtual POS is done through the following sequence of steps:

  1. The customer selects the products he wants to buy on our page and adds it to the shopping cart.
  2. After clicking on the “FINISH PURCHASE” button, the client’s browser session is redirected to the URL of the virtual POS. In this URL the customer enters the card details to proceed with the payment.
  3. The virtual POS informs Nutribiolite of the result of the operation and returns the client’s browser session to the Nutribiolite page so that they can continue browsing the online store.

In this process, the card details are reported at the virtual POS, so Nutribiolite has no contact with these details. The cards accepted are the same as those accepted in shops with a physical POS, specifically Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

14.3. PayPal

Our page allows PayPal payments, a platform specialized in the management of electronic payments. With PayPal, it is enough to create an account on the platform, have a card linked to that account (which will work as a kind of deposit) and an email associated with the card. 14.4. Multibanco (only available for Portugal)

Our website provides MULTIBANCO payments, exclusively for our clients in Portugal. After completing your purchase, you can select the MULTIBANCO option. In this case, a message will appear with the data “REFERENCE”, “ENTITY” and “AMOUNT” to pay. To make the payment, simply go to a MULTIBANCO ATM in Portugal and select “Payment for Services” and enter the information provided. 15. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Our return policy is part of and must be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions. Nutribiolite reserves the right to change this policy when necessary.

Important: According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract, that is, to return the products of the purchase, for a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt, without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except shipping costs, in accordance with those provided for in art. 103 of the mentioned Royal Decree. In addition, according to this article, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal / return in the case of supply of sealed goods (such as food supplements) that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Simple return: The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the requested products to inform Nutribiolite of their desire to withdraw from the contract. For that, you will only have to send us an e-mail with you number order and the reason you decide to return your product.

The withdrawal implies that Nutribiolite will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which it has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the client’s contract, following the same procedure chosen by the client. for your compost. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition, without being opened or used and with its corresponding original packaging. Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.

It is important that you check the status of your order or items when you receive them and always before using them. As part of our customer satisfaction policy, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and easily as possible. We will review each case individually when considering product return. 16. WARRANTY

If the product does not comply with the contract, the consumer may choose to return the product, in accordance with chapter 15 of these Terms and Conditions.
