Shipping, returns, and right of withdrawal

Herein we explain our shipping and refund policies.

This text is part of our General Terms and Conditions, specifically Chapter 13 Shipping, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal, which governs the purchase of products offered on the website nutribiolite.com, owned by Nutribiolite S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Nutribiolite”).

1. Shipping

Nutribiolite will not process any orders where the delivery destination is a PO box.

During the ordering process, the customer will be asked to provide a shipping address, which will be used as the delivery address for the order.

Orders are considered eligible for processing once full payment has been received. Orders are processed every business day until 2:00 pm (Spanish peninsular time) and shipped the next business day. The delivery period starts from this moment. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by 2:00 pm on the following business day and shipped the next business day.

Business days are understood as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, both local (city of Valladolid and destination city), regional (Autonomous Community of Castile and León), and national holidays (Spain and the destination country).

The customer will receive an automatic confirmation email regarding the shipment of their order on the day it is dispatched. In the event of any unforeseen or evident inability to meet the indicated delivery times, the customer will be notified as soon as possible via email.

Shipments will be made to the address provided by the customer, which will be communicated to the carrier designated by Nutribiolite for the delivery of the order. The carrier will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the carrier will hold the order for a maximum of 6 days. After this period, the order will be returned to Nutribiolite’s facilities. Any additional shipping will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer, who must bear the full cost.

NOTE:

The shipping cost includes VAT for the destination country, in accordance with Royal Decree 424/2021 of June 15, except in cases covering multiple countries (DE-LX-NL-AT-BE). In these cases, the corresponding VAT will be added, as established in Royal Decree 424/2021.

No shipments are made to the Canary Islands (Spain), the Azores and Madeira archipelagos (Portugal), or other European countries not listed in the table above. If the customer wishes for their order to be shipped to countries other than those mentioned above, please contact us at cliente@nutribiolite.com before placing the order. For countries outside the European Union (Switzerland), additional customs charges, tolls, or fees may apply upon the package’s arrival, which will be borne by the customer.

3. Returns and right of withdrawal

3.1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and, therefore, return the purchased products without the need for justification, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

This right applies exclusively to products that:

❱ Have not been opened or used.
❱ Are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Important: According to Article 103 of Royal Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened, such as dietary supplements.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Nutribiolite and provide their order number via our email: cliente@nutribiolite.com or through our customer service chat.

3.2. Return Procedure

The customer has a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to inform Nutribiolite of their intention to withdraw from the contract and return the product, without the need for justification. Once the return request has been received, Nutribiolite will send detailed instructions for the process. Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received at our facilities, Nutribiolite will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer using the same original payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. To ensure the refund, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered: unopened, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

Note: We recommend that customers check the condition of their order upon receipt and before using the product. If incorrect or damaged products are received, customers should contact our customer service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Defective or Quality Issues Products: If the customer receives a product with quality issues or if it arrives defective or broken, regardless of the country of residence, they must contact our customer service within 2-3 days of receiving the order. To facilitate the replacement or refund process, the customer must include:

❱ Order number.
❱ A photo or video clearly showing the defect.
❱ A photo of the simplified invoice.

In these cases, Nutribiolite will cover the shipping costs and offer the customer the option to:

❱ Replace the product.
❱ Receive a one-year purchase voucher for the same value.
❱ Request a refund.
