Recommended daily dose: Take one capsule twice a day with plenty of fluids during a meal.
Warnings: Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age and pregnant or lactating women. Its use is not recommended for prolonged periods of more than 6 weeks and in people undergoing anticoagulant treatment or in the case of concomitant medication.
